Due to the intimate nature of our products, lingerie, panties, bodysuits, shapewear, sleepwear, and other intimate apparel are not eligible for return or exchange once delivered.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs.

Upon verification, KIS may offer a replacement or refund at its sole discretion in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
