At KIS, your comfort, confidence, and safety are our top priorities.

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on lingerie, panties, bodysuits, shapewear, sleepwear, and other intimate apparel once delivered.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will gladly arrange a replacement or refund. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery and share your order number along with clear photos of the product received.

Once the issue is verified, we will process a replacement or refund at the earliest.

Please Note:

  • Products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for replacement or refund.

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
