Shipping Coverage
Currently, KIS ships across India only.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on orders above ₹599.
- A flat shipping fee of ₹75 applies to orders below ₹599.
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier service availability.
- Metro Cities: 5–7 business days
- Rest of India: Up to 10 business days
While we strive to meet these timelines, occasional delays may occur due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

All KIS orders are shipped in discreet packaging without revealing product details or intimate apparel information on the outer package.

KIS shall not be held responsible for delays caused by:

- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

KIS shall not be liable for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses, phone numbers, or other delivery information.
Lost or Missing Shipments
If your order is marked as delivered but has not been received, or if your shipment appears lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
Each case will be investigated individually with our courier partners. Depending on the outcome of the investigation, KIS may offer a replacement, store credit, or other resolution at its discretion.
